Tips for Pulling Engine

  1. Spray Rust Pentrant
    1. Exhaust Manifold
    2. Engine Mounts
  2. Drain Coolant
  3. Mark Plug Wires
  4. Drain Oil
  5. Mark Nut on Torque Converter
  6. Disconnect Exhaust Manifold
  7. Front End Drive Stuff
    1. Alternator
    2. Compressor
    3. Fan, Radiator, Condensor
  8. Intake (Upper and Lower)

Engine Mount

  1. Remove Engine Mount to Frame Nuts
  2. Loosen Engine Mount to Engine Bolts
  3. Once Engine is on Hoist, Remove Engine Mount Entire to Make it Easier to Dismount/Mount Transmission
